zz77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and zz77 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the zz77 website available at zz77.today, including all games, betting markets, services, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the zz77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion or game offered by zz77, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zz77 platform and close your account.

zz77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence; proof of address dated within three months; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification review.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the zz77 platform. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering a zz77 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly whenever any registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zz77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while logged in is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

• Notify zz77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after every session.
• Do not access your account through unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks where possible.

zz77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during account registration or thereafter. Account access may be temporarily restricted pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification processes.

All financial transactions on the zz77 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zz77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your zz77 PKR balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. zz77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. zz77 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds within the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where zz77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

zz77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all zz77 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and specific slot categories may contribute at different percentages as specified in the promotion terms.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided and stakes refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zz77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance, along with reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for financial crime.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting to defraud other players or zz77.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or on betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability must be reported to zz77 support immediately upon discovery.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple promotional bonuses.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

zz77 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all matters related to financial crime, fraud, and underage gambling. Player information may be disclosed to such authorities without prior notice where legally required.

This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the zz77 platform without prior written authorisation from zz77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz77 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

zz77 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. zz77 will endeavour to minimise disruptions and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

zz77's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

zz77 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the zz77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
